Four ways we help people rebuild<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Every programme is designed to close a specific gap left by the healthcare and social care system, in the period after hospital discharge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

01 \u2014 Rehabilitation grants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We fund physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy beyond what the NHS or insurance covers \u2014 often the single biggest factor in long-term recovery outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02 \u2014 Equipment & home adaptations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We provide wheelchairs, hoists, ramps and assistive technology, and fund home adaptations that restore independence and safety at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

03 \u2014 Counselling & peer support<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We fund one-to-one counselling and run a peer mentor network connecting survivors and family members with others who have been through similar experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

04 \u2014 Research & advocacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We fund neuro-rehabilitation research and campaign for better post-discharge care pathways across the health and social care system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
